bfriendly is a fun way to get feedback from your friends & others in multiple ways.
Since the protection of your personal data is very important to us,
we would like to inform you on how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data.
You need to register in order to use the application. You have the option to either sign up using your Facebook account or with your email address and a username.
When you register with your email, you provide email address, user name, password; optionally your name, age, and other registration information.
If you sign up with Facebook, you authorize us to access certain Facebook account information, including, but not limited to your public Facebook profile (consistent with your privacy settings in Facebook),
your email address, interests, likes, gender, birthday, education history, relationship interests, current city, photos, personal description, friend list, and information about and photos of your Facebook friends
who might be common Facebook friends with other bfriendly users.
Furthermore you will be asked to allow us to collect your location information from your device when you download and use our Service.
For additional Service we may collect additional information (e.g. financial information for In-App purchases).
We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
In addition, the application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID,
the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the application.
We collect data about, including but not limited to, your posts, Comments, Likes, Heroes, etc. you send and receive through our Service.
Since you can upload photos from your phone and interact with your friends (from your phone book, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
we may collect – of course only with your prior approval – information from your device’s photos, phonebook and Social Networks just mentioned.
You can stop all collection of information by the application easily by uninstalling the application.
You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
You can also request to opt-out via email, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will retain user provided data for as long as you use the application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.
If you would like us to delete user provided data that you have provided via the application, please contact us at email@example.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.
Please note that some or the entire user provided data may be required in order for the application to function properly.
We are using third party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and optimizing our Service.
We may collect information among others about your device (unique device identifiers, operating system, device manufacturer, etc.), IP address, browser type, page viewed, time period of sessions.
Among third party analytics tools we are using Google Analytics for our website and Flurry for our app. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your device, to help us analyse how users use the Service.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States .

However please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Service.
We do not use the application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent,

We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information.
We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.
For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our application.
Please be aware that, although we try as hard as possible and endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
However we promise we are doing our best to keep your data secure!
We determine what is a material change or modification at our sole discretion using common sense and reasonable judgment.
